THE NATURE OF KINGDOM WE BELONGS TO!

THE NATURE OF KINGDOM WE BELONGS TO!
MATTHEW 4:17
There are two main kingdom reigning in the universe; the kingdom of darkness (Satan’s’ kingdom Matthew 12:26 and the kingdom of God (Col. 1:13). A person can either belongs to God’s kingdom or the devil’s kingdom. There is no neutral ground!
Sometimes it is very important to know where you belong to, because it is only when you know where you belongs that you can confess to possess.
Kingdom is a king and his domain, without a domain there can be no domain, and the glory of every king is his domain.
It is highly time for the Christian kingdom to arise and take their position as members.
Knowing the nature of the kingdom will help you live for the kingdom.

1.     Eternal kingdom – Daniel 2:44, Luke 1:33
The word “eternal” means existing through all time, lasting for all time, without beginning or end.  There is no kingdom on earth that can claim eternity because they all started from somewhere and it will end eventually. But our kingdom is “I AM THAT I AM” kingdom, and the “Ancients of Days” kingdom.
Many kingdoms have changed in the process of time, in orders words time has affected most kingdom on earth.
We have the Babylonian Kingdom which gave way to Medo-Persia, it also gave way to Greece – Roman empire - Soviet Union – Germany – Brittan – U. S. A. they were all affected by the passage of time but the kingdom of God has still not change.
Some of the world most famous leaders never thought that their kingdom will never come to an end.
Lets consider the testimony of one of the most powerful king ever lived on earth, his statement he made at God’s kingdom in Daniel 4:2,3,34, 6:26 by Darius

2.     UNSHAKABLE KINGDOM – Hebrews 12:28
When we talk about shakable, I mean something that is not firm and certain, but our kingdom is firm and forever established because we are serving a God who liveth forever. One reason why every kingdom apart from the kingdom of God is shakable is because they are limited in every aspect. But there is no power that can shake the kingdom of God, sickness, and diseases cannot shake.

3.      EXPANSIVE KINGDOM – MATTHEW 13:31
Expansive means extensive, covering a wide area or broad in scope, with outstretched arms. Let’s look at how even the branch of God’s kingdom (the Church) was started on earth. It started as insignificant to the world, about 120 people. But eventually spread throughout the world and has now become the most powerful, populated kingdom on earth, no matter what Islamic terrorist and Bokom Haram will do the Church will still expand it boarders and territory. In fact the more they persecute the church the more it expands.
4.     POWERFUL KINGDOM – MARK 9:1, 2 CORITH. 10:3-6
Every kingdom is established and expanded by power, the more the domain the powerful the kingdom becomes. Power means capacity to do something, strength, control and influence. There is power in the kingdom of God, Alexander the great was described as a leopard with wings of an eagle which is a symbol of strength and swiftness, he used four years to conquer the whole world but where is Greek kingdom today.

5.     NOT OF THIS WORLD – JOHN 18:36
Jesus agrees that He has a kingdom but asserts that it is not the kind of kingdom that has soldiers to fight for it, it was not built nor is it maintain by military might. Most kingdoms in the world are maintained by military power. Jesus said His kingdom does not follow that pattern, it is heavenly ordained kingdom, He doesn’t need 50 plus 1 to bring him into power.
